More music, this time together with my wife. We played and sang (yes, even I did sing) in a Service of Carols and Readings in two small countryside churches.
Some concert venues are more festive than others. The Christmas Concert by Kungliga Akademiska Kapellet was held in the Rikssalen/Hall of State in Uppsala Castle. Very fun music to play, not least for the trumpet section!
Today’s Festive Sunday Service in St. Ansgar Church, included a brass ensemble, a solo trumpet and a tired boy.

I was happy to have the opportunity to bring my trumpet to the Christmas Morning Service in Kila church, a rural church in the region of Värmland, this year. My father in law led the service, and my wife had the opportunity to join in with the local church choir for the occation.
